Come and breathe together as we slow down to connect with ourselves and community, and create our very own Adjustable Gemstone Bracelet!
We will start with some gentle lead breath work, then dive into how we can create with intention.
What is an Adjustable Gemstone Bracelet?
Our Adjustable Gemstone Bracelet is a piece of jewelry that doubles as a meditation tool. It is made with waxed polyester thread and gemstone beads. We start by creating a clasp using a simple knotting technique. The beads are then threaded one at a time, then knotted in between of beads to create an adjustable bracelet and meditation tool you get to take home with you.
