Come and breathe together as we slow down to connect with ourselves and community, and create our very own Mantra Wrap Bracelet!
We will start with some gentle lead breath work, then dive into how we can create with intention.
What is a Mantra Wrap Bracelet?
A Mantra Wrap Bracelet is a piece of jewelry that doubles as a meditation tool. It is made with waxed polyester thread and gemstone beads. We start by creating a clasp using a simple knotting technique. The beads are then threaded one at a time, then knotted in between of beads to create an adjustable bracelet and meditation tool you get to take home with you.
Practice the art of patience as we present ourselves with a new creative challenge!
